How to Prepare Tiramisù Oatmeal
☕ In a pot on the stove add the water, pinch of salt, and brewed coffee or espresso.
🔥 Let it come to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium-low.
🥄 Now, add the rolled oats and stir until it thickens.
🌡️ Take it off the heat and stir in a touch of pure vanilla extract.
🥣 In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone, vanilla yogurt, and optionally a touch of sweetener.
🍫 Pour the oatmeal into a serving bowl and add a little bit of my homemade Nutella or any chocolate spread on top.
🥛 Top it off with the mascarpone yogurt cream and then sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder.

If you want to make this recipe even creamier, use milk instead of water to cook the oats. The recipe for my homemade Nutella is on my website but feel free to use any 🍫 chocolate or hazelnut spread you like.

- You are more than welcome to leave the mascarpone out and just use vanilla yogurt instead.
- You can absolutely make this Tiramisu Oatmeal plant-based if you use a plant-based yogurt that you love.
- I used brewed espresso but feel free to use your favorite coffee of choice.
- Feel free to use a chocolate seed butter or melted chocolate in this Tiramisu Oatmeal if you are sensitive to nuts instead of the Nutella spread.
- Feel free to use milk instead of water if you want to make this breakfast creamy.

- ½ cup rolled oats , quick-cooking
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- 2 tablespoons mascarpone
- ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt, 1 small container1
- 1 teaspoon honey, or maple syrup, optional
- 1-2 tablespoons homemade Nutella , or any spread
- dusting of unsweetened cocoa or cacao
- dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs for presentation
