5 minute healthy breakfast or snack bowl. I can eat this for breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner all day every day. I am definitely a yogurt girl. Growing up in the Balkans, yogurt is a staple and something we enjoy often. I am a huge lover of plain yogurt and like to naturally sweeten it with honey, nut/seed butters and berries. If you know me, you know this on rotation in my household and I hope it will be for you as well.

Notes

You can make this plant-based and dairy-free if you use your favourite dairy-free yogurt and agave instead of honey.
Feel free to use any yogurt you love. If you don’t like plain yogurt you can find a good quality vanilla yogurt and use that as well but the honey will most likely not be needed as vanilla yogurt is usually sweet.
