Anyone that knows me, knows I love a good Mojito, or a MOJOTO as I call it when I’m a few drinks in 🤪. This Strawberry Mojito is one of my favorite drinks in the warmer months. Mojitos are so easy and delicious as is, but I thought I would change it up and add in a beautiful and fresh strawberry purée to make it even better. If you’re living that non-alcoholic life, simply omit the 🥃 rum or use your favorite non-alcoholic variety, there are so many options on the market these days!

Why You’ll Love Strawberry Mojito

This Strawberry Mojito is ☀️ summer nights in a glass. It’s so bright and absolutely refreshing with the freshly made 🍓 strawberry purée. This is the best drink for your next outdoor barbecue. I would make a big batch ahead of time so it’s ready to go. Leave out the rum so your guests can add it in themselves or omit if they wish. This is deliciously sweet, and perfectly pourable with a nice addition of 🍋 lemon (or lime juice). The sparkling water makes it bubbly and bright, the perfect thirst-quencher on a hot night. Cheers!

How to Prepare Strawberry Mojito

🔪 Using a sharp knife, remove the stems of the strawberries.

🍓 Now, add the strawberries to your food processor.

🌀 Add the sugar to the food processor and then purée everything together.

🧊 Add the purée to a glass and then add in mint leaves and lemon or lime juice, and an ice cube.

🥃 Now, add a shot of rum to your glass.

🫧 Next, top it all off with sparkling water and stir it all together.

🌿 Garnish with mint and cheers!
