Lazy Naan “Pizza” you will ever have. It’s also 10 minutes’ worth of time and will impress anyone. If you know me, you know that I was raised on combinations and flavours that are sweet and salty. Back home in Europe we absolutely love anything that’s sweet and salty together. I love Feta with watermelon, cheese with honey, and so many other combinations so today I am sharing my absolute favourite sweet and salty flavour combinations that work so well together. You will need:

Lazy Naan Pizza

Lazy Naan “Pizza” you will ever have. It’s also 10 minutes’ worth of time and will impress anyone. If you know me, you know that I was raised on combinations and flavours that are sweet and salty. Ingredients 

  • 1 Naan Pita, or any
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil mixed with 1/2 garlic clove and touch of parsley
  • micro greens or arugula
  • Fig slices, or any fruit
  • chopped walnuts
  • Drizzle of honey
  • goat cheese, feta, or ricotta

Instructions 

  • Brush your Naan with your garlic oil and bake in a preheated 400° F oven for 10 minutes or until “crispy texture “.
  • Take it out of the oven and add any toppings you love. Serve and enjoy

Notes

You can use any toppings you love, you can use spinach or arugula or any other greens of choice. You can use feta, ricotta, or any cheese you love.
