In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic and parsley.
Brush your Naan with your garlic oil and bake in a preheated 400° F (200C) oven for 10 minutes or until crispy.
Take it out of the oven and add any toppings you love. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Greens: I use micro greens to brighten up this recipe, but you can use arugula, spinach, or any other greens of choice.
Cheeses: This recipe works great with a variety of soft cheeses. In addition to goat cheese, you can use feta, ricotta, or burrata.
Protein: Add a protein such as chicken breast, pepperoni, ham or sausage or fresh prosciutto on top.
Margherita pizza: Make a classic margherita pizza by topping the naan with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese. Then, place your assembled pizza in the oven for a minute to melt the cheese.
Vegan and gluten-free: Make this vegan and gluten-free by opting for a gluten-free flatbread and using your favorite plant-based cheese, or eliminating it altogether.
