How to Prepare Iced Coffee with Vanilla
💧In a pot on the stove over medium-high stir your water and sugar until it’s like a syrup.
🤎 Take it off the heat and stir in the vanilla.
🌡️ Let it cool a touch so that it doesn’t melt your ice.
🧊 Add lots of ice to a coffee cup, as much simple syrup as you like and the coffee that you brewed and chilled. Then add a touch of your favorite creamer, stir and enjoy.
Nonna’s Tip
I like to have a batch of coffee chilling in the fridge along with the simple vanilla syrup so I can have this coffee at a moment’s notice!
Variations and Substitutions for Iced Coffee with Vanilla
- I have been told that this Iced Coffee with Vanilla is also amazing with sweetened condensed milk instead of cream and simple syrup so give it a try too.
