This Iced Coffee with Vanilla makes it really easy and affordable to achieve barista-level coffee at home! All you need is coffee chilling in the fridge and to whip up my easy simple syrup.
On the stove on medium-high heat stir the water and sugar until it’s like a syrup. Take it off the heat and stir in the vanilla. Let it cool a touch so that it doesn’t melt your ice.
Add lots of ice to a coffee cup, as much simple syrup as you like, any coffee that you brewed and chilled, plus a touch of any favourite creamer. Stir and enjoy.
