Toasty two ingredient Baked S ’mores. Oh how I love s ’mores, the warm chocolate and the toasty marshmallow make me feel a certain type of way lol — until I have too many and feel utterly sick of course but what is life if we don’t indulge from time to time or have some fun! I know a lot of parents or kids don’t have the ability to toast s ‘mores on a fire-pit or go camping so this here is for anyone who wants to have some fun at home and enjoy s ‘mores in 2 minutes without compromising that delicious taste. You can absolutely use graham crackers and a piece of your favourite chocolate but I made it even easier by using digestive biscuits that are coated in chocolate on one side to make life even easier. Yes you can also make these gluten-free because many other stores carry gluten-free versions of these biscuits. For this recipe you will need:

Ingredients

  • 18 digestive chocolate biscuits — or any cookie that has chocolate on it
  • 9 marshmallows

Instructions

  • Set your oven to BROIL ( top burner only ) and on a small baking dish arrange 9 digestive biscuits with the chocolate side facing up.
  • Add a marshmallow on top and put it in the oven until toasty. Keep an eye on it the whole time because they can easily burn. It should take 1-2 minutes.
  • Take them out of the oven and add another digestive biscuit on top and enjoy them warm. You can make as many as you like — I made 9 s ‘mores but feel free to do as you wish. Enjoy
