Instructions
Set your oven to BROIL (top burner only) and on a small baking dish, arrange 9 digestive biscuits with the chocolate side facing up.
Add a marshmallow on top and put it in the oven until toasty. Keep an eye on it the whole time because they can easily burn. It should take 1-2 minutes.
Take them out of the oven, add another digestive biscuit on top and enjoy them warm. You can make as many as you like — I made 9 s‘mores but feel free to do as you wish. Enjoy

Gluten-Free: You can absolutely make these gluten-free because many stores carry gluten-free versions of chocolate digestive cookies.
