My grilled Peach Burrata Salad is a gorgeous, showstopping dish. If this isn’t a summertime dream, I don’t know what is. This salad begs to be enjoyed outdoors on a sunshiny day. You know I am a huge lover of sweet and salty, and the burrata combined with 🍯 honey and 🍑 peaches is everything and more. Enjoy this dish when peaches are plump and abundant at the farmers market, and the weather is perfect for grilling.

Why You’ll Love Peach Burrata Salad

This salad is summertime on a platter! When you 🔥 grill the peaches, the natural sugars get nice and caramelized, enhancing their sweetness and creating a slight smokey char on the fruit. Combined with peppery arugula and creamy burrata, this salad is a feast for the senses and will be the showstopper at your next barbecue.

How to Prepare Peach Burrata Salad

🔥 Firstly, preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil with avocado oil.

🥑 Next, use a pastry brush to lightly brush the peaches with avocado oil.

🍑 Now, grill the peach pieces on each side for 1 to 2 minutes, or until you have grill marks on each side.

🌿 Next, add the arugula to a serving plate and then assemble your peaches and burrata on top.

🍯 Finally, season it all with olive oil, salt, honey, and parsley. Enjoy!

How do you properly grill peaches?

It’s quite simple to grill peaches (or any fruit!). Using a pastry brush, I like to first lightly brush the cut sides of the peaches with avocado oil to help prevent sticking. Then I place each slice on the preheated grill, cut-side down. Leave them for a couple of minutes to make sure you get those beautiful grill marks, and then flip them to the other side for another minute or two until perfectly tender and caramelized.
