My grilled Peach Burrata Salad is a gorgeous, showstopping dish. If this isn’t a summertime dream, I don’t know what is. You know I am a huge lover of sweet and salty, and the burrata combined with honey and peaches is everything and more.

Instructions
Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil with avocado oil. Lightly oil the peaches with avocado oil. Grill the peach pieces on each side for 1 to 2 minutes, or until you have grill marks on each side.
Add the arugula to a serving plate and assemble your peaches on top along with the burrata. Season to taste with olive oil, salt, honey, and parsley (if using). Enjoy!
