Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayo , I love Vegenaise but any works
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt, I use Balkan Style
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon

Instructions

  • Add everything to a bowl and give it a stir.
  • Depending on the consistency you like you can add as much lemon juice as you wish to thin it out.
  • I like to pour mine into a 250 ml mason jar and refrigerate. Enjoy

Notes

You can use fresh or dry herbs and everything is to taste. If using fresh you will need more as dry are much stronger in taste. Adjust all herbs and spices and taste and adjust. The expiry date of the ranch dip will depend on the expiry of the yogurt, sour cream, and mayo. It will also depend on how fresh the herbs are too. If you use only dry herbs it will last longer. Should last anywhere from 10-14 days minimum. Feel free to use 1/2 cup yogurt instead of sour cream or 1/2 cup sour cream instead of yogurt. It will be delicious either way. If you want to make this vegan you are going to have to use your favourite plant-based sour cream or yogurt
