2 slices watermelon sliced like toast bread
3 slices pickles
1 slice Havarti cheese
1 drizzle hot honey
1 drizzle balsamic glaze
3 leaves basil

Instructions

Cut two thin squares out of a watermelon to resemble two slices of bread.
On top of one watermelon piece, add 3 pickle slices, the cheese, a drizzle of hot honey, balsamic glaze, and the basil leaves.
Top with the second square slice of watermelon and enjoy!
