peach
finely diced

tablespoon
maple syrup
or any sweetener

oat flour

walnuts
crushed

tablespoon
brown sugar

pinch
salt
dash of cinnamon

teaspoon
baking powder

tablespoons
milk
vanilla ice cream
for serving (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Add the diced peach to a ramekin and mix with the maple syrup.
In a separate bowl, mix the oat flour, walnuts, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and milk.
Pour the oat mixture on top of the peaches.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, keeping a close eye on the crisp as it bakes, to watch for burning. It should be golden and bubbly.
Optionally, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and enjoy!
