These chicken wings are fall-off-the-bone tender, with a fantastic crispy skin that's deliciously sticky and sweet. I dialed up the flavor here with my homemade hot honey sauce that gives these a great kick.
In a bowl add the chicken wings, avocado oil, and the seasonings to taste. With clean hands massage everything well.
Add the chicken wings to your air fryer basket, making sure not to stack them. If needed, cook in two batches.
Air-fry at 380F (193C) for 25 minutes tossing them halfway through. If your air-fryer has pre-heating instructions please pre-heat it for 5 minutes prior.
In a small pot or pan, add the ingredients for the hot honey and heat it through. Be careful not to let it boil.
Toss the crispy wings with the hot honey and enjoy.
