Ingredients

cup
rolled oats
1
large
egg
or 3 tablespoons egg whites (leave it out if you are vegan)
½
teaspoon
baking powder
1
tablespoon
honey
maple syrup or agave if vegan
½
cup
unsweetened milk
I use almond and coconut
dash of cinnamon

tablespoons
chopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190C). In a blender add all of the ingredients minus the walnuts. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Chop up 4-5 walnuts.
To a ramekin or a small baking dish add the chopped walnuts.
Pour in the batter and put it in the oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Remove with an oven mitt, let it cool for a few minutes and enjoy.
