Drain the tuna and add it to a bowl. Using a fork, break it into small pieces.
Add salt and pepper to taste, the mayo, relish, mustard, and lemon and mix well. All of these ingredients should be added to your preference, adding more or less as desired.
Take two small (or one large) tortilla of choice and add the tuna. Top with cheese of choice and pop it on a baking sheet in the oven to fully melt the cheese.
I like putting my oven on low BROIL but you can also heat the wrap at 400F (200C) until the cheese melts. If using the BROIL (top grill only) setting, watch the wrap the whole time as it can easily burn. The air fryer should also work if you want to try.
Once the cheese has melted, you can add any additional toppings or extra mayo on top. Enjoy!

Notes
Protein swaps: Instead of tuna, you can swap your protein for shredded (or canned) chicken, salmon, or even chickpeas for a plant-based version.
Cheese: Any of your favorite cheeses will work for this recipe. Mozzarella is my fave because it's so creamy and melty. But, you can totally use cheddar, provolone, or spice things up with pepper jack.
Wraps: I love using my Easy Homemade Flour Tortillas for this wrap. Additionally, you could use whole wheat, spinach or gluten-free tortillas depending on your preferences. You could even use pita or naan.
Herbs: Add a sprinkle of fresh herbs like dill, parsley, or chives to the top for a brighter bite.
Mayo options: Make your mayo as cool or spicy as you like! I like using my Homemade Spicy Mayo. But, you can also use plant-based mayo for a vegetarian twist.
