This is my favorite guacamole recipe: not traditional, but delicious, according to what I love and my taste buds. My recipe was also influenced by my beautiful internet friends from Mexico that messaged me and gave their best guacamole tips. You can enjoy this with the classic pairing of tortilla chips, or with freshly cut, crunchy vegetables, such as carrots, cucumber, jicama, and bell peppers. Some optional additions that also work wonderfully: chopped fresh red onion or garlic mixed into the guacamole or topping the guacamole with a sprinkle of Tajin seasoning.
Guacamole
A perfectly simple and delicious guacamole, which can be customized with red onion, garlic, Tajin, and more.

Notes
Some optional but wonderful additions: Add 1 small red onion, chopped. Add 1 small garlic clove, chopped.
Try adding a dash of Tajin seasoning (a delicious, mild chile-lime-salt seasoning that comes in a small plastic bottle). You can find Tajin at Latin and Hispanic supermarkets, and sometimes in the ethnic section of grocery stores.
Depending on your heat tolerance, you may want to remove the ribs and seeds of the jalapeño.
