Combine almond milk, strawberries, cottage cheese, and protein powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream (optional).

Strawberries: Use frozen strawberries to add a creamier texture to this recipe. Milk: Feel free to use whichever plant-based or full-dairy milk you prefer, including almond, soy, oat, coconut, or cow's milk!Cottage Cheese: Cottage cheese gives this recipe a protein boost, but if you're fresh out, Greek yogurt works well here, too!
