This Mango Frozen Yogurt is a guilt-free treat that comes together in only 5 minutes. You can easily scale the recipe up so you always have some in the freezer on a hot summer day.
Cut the mango alongside the pit and scoop out the flesh from both sides. You can cut out and enjoy the flesh around the pit as a chef's treat or even add it in the food processor as well. Add the yogurt, agave, lime juice and give it a blend. Feel free to use a blender as well but a food processor is easier.
Once it’s smooth, transfer it into a small baking loaf dish or a foil loaf dish and cover it with a lid or plastic wrap.
Pop it in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours. If you are using frozen fruit you can skip this step and enjoy it right away. Garnish with lime zest and enjoy.
