My latest hack will have you re-thinking how to cook bacon AND save your time (plus sanity) when it's time to clean up. So grab your big pot (That's right! NOT a frying pan) and let's make perfectly crispy bacon!
Add the bacon to a stainless steel pot. Turn the heat on medium-high and cook until crispy.
Note: feel free to use any pot you have on hand but stainless steel will usually make it extra crispy. Mine took about 7 minutes, the cooking time will depend on the cut of bacon and how thick it is so keep an eye on it.
Remove from the pot and set on paper towel if you want to drain some of the excess fat. Enjoy!
