Instructions
Let’s get started by unwrapping the three wheels of Boursin cheese and placing them on top of a large piece of saran wrap.
To ensure a smooth and clean process, gently press the cheese together with clean hands or wear kitchen gloves.
Now, the fun part begins – cover the cheese with the saran wrap and start shaping it into a Christmas tree.
Once you achieve your desired shape, remove the saran wrap and place the shaped cheese tree onto a plate.
It’s time to add the grapes! Wash and cut the grapes in half and insert them one at a time cut side in. I like to insert one red and one green making sure I choose small grapes at the store as large ones will be too heavy for the tree.
For a touch of greenery, take some rosemary and break off small pieces from the stem to insert in the spaces between the olives.
Lastly, let’s add a star on top of our cheese tree. Take a 1-inch thick piece of cheese (any of your choice) and use a star cookie cutter to form a cheese star. Finally, place the star on top of the Christmas tree, optionally drizzle on hot honey and enjoy with some fresh bread!
