This is the quickest Easy Tortellini Soup you’ll ever make—just warm some broth, drop in a handful of tortellini, and top with pepper and Parm. It's simple, comforting, and ready in only 10 minutes.
Drop in the quatro formaggio (4 cheese) tortellini.
Boil until they are cooked, about 3-5 minutes. Serve with black pepper and lots of finely grated parm on top.

Notes
Creamy version: Make creamy tortellini soup by adding a splash of heavy cream or half and half to simmering broth. (Make sure it's not boiling, or the cream will break causing lumps.)
Greens: Add a handful of greens like baby spinach or chopped kale during the last minute of cooking and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
Herbs: For a hint of brightness, throw in fresh chopped herbs such as parsley or basil.
Pasta options: Any filled pasta works for this recipe - cheese, spinach, or even ravioli. Frozen tortellini works too, you'll just need to add an extra minute or two.
Broth base: I use my Easy Homemade Chicken Broth as the soup base, but you can use store bought bone broth or veggie broth instead.
Protein: If you want a heartier option, shredded rotisserie chicken is a quick and easy protein add-in.
