Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks and set it aside.
In a separate bowl mix the mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla together.
Slowly combine your whipped cream with your mascarpone mixture until you get a nice smooth cream.
Brew some coffee or espresso and let it cool down fully. Add your Kahlua if you wish. Start by dipping in each lady finger cookie into your coffee.
In a 9 x 13-inch dish (or any), begin to arrange your tiramisu by adding the coffee dipped lady fingers to the bottom of the dish.
Once the first layer is arranged, evenly spread half of the filling on top.
Repeat this step and refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight.
Dust with cocoa or cacao powder just before serving and enjoy.

Notes
Quick dip: Just give the ladyfingers a quick dip into the coffee to avoid them getting too soggy.
Sweeteners: Feel free to add as much sugar as you like to this eggless Tiramisu, but keep in mind that the ladyfingers are sweetened as well, so try not to overdo it. Alternatively, you could use stevia, monkfruit, or coconut sugar.
Liquor subs: You are more than welcome to use rum or any coffee liquor or just leave it out altogether.
Decaf coffee: Switch to decaf! If you don't want the added caffeine from the espresso, you can always make this recipe with decaf coffee.
Dairy-free: For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream and your favorite dairy-free cream cheese in place of whipped cream and mascarpone.
Serving options: Make a thicker tiramisu by using a square pan instead of a 9x13 baking dish. Additionally, you could make them in ramekins for individual portions.
