  • 1 English cucumber peeled
  • ¼ teaspoon salt more or less to taste
  • ⅓ cup plain yogurt I love Balkan-Style, but any will work
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped, more or less to taste

  • Peel and slice the cucumber into circles.
  • Add the rest of your ingredients to a bowl with the sliced cucumber and give it a stir.
