This Christmas Tree Cheese Ball is incredibly easy to prepare and absolutely delicious. It can be a great addition to your holiday dinner table as an appetizer, served with some crackers or fresh bread 🥖
450gramsBoursin cheese I used 3 packs of shallot and chive
60olives mix of pitted olives
rosemary for presentation
piece of cheese for the star
Instructions
Let's get started by unwrapping the three wheels of cheese and placing them on top of a large piece of saran wrap.
To ensure a smooth and clean process, gently press the cheese together with clean hands or wear kitchen gloves.
Now, the fun part begins - cover the cheese with the saran wrap and start shaping it into a Christmas tree.
Once you achieve your desired shape, remove the saran wrap and place the shaped cheese tree onto a plate.
It's time to add the olives! Be sure to insert pitted olives one at a time into the cheese.
For a touch of greenery, take some rosemary and break off small pieces from the stem to insert in the spaces between the olives.
Lastly, let's add a star on top of our cheese tree. Take a 1-inch thick piece of cheese (any of your choice) and use a star cookie cutter to form a cheese star. Finally, place the star on top of the Christmas tree and enjoy with some fresh bread!
