As a recipe developer and food photographer, she fuses her heritage from Bulgaria ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ฌ and Greece ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ท with the rustic traditions of her adopted Italian ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น family to create her own culinary flare: modern, healthy, and nostalgic recipes. With over 15 years of experience developing easy, healthy recipes, Sneji is recognized by top media outlets for her ability to teach home cooks to trust their instincts and cook โ€œna okoโ€ (by eye).

Born and raised in Bulgaria, Sneji later lived in Crete, Greece, before landing in Toronto, Canada, which she still calls home today.
