The best watermelon slushy refresher you will have this summer. Alcohol is optional (and oh so good) I recommend vodka, tequila, or even rum but I am leaving it up to you. It is so easy, beautiful, and refreshing and there’s no way that the whole family wouldn’t enjoy a big batch of this on the table.

Author: The Modern Nonna
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3-4 pieces of ripe watermelon
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • splash of san Pellegrino

Instructions

  • Add everything to your blender and blend.
  • You might have to use the tamper if it gets stuck or open it up and stir and blend again.
  • The riper the watermelon, the sweeter your drink. Enjoy on a hot summer day and live your life.

Notes

If you can’t have seeds then please take them out, you can use any sparkling water you like and any frozen fruit of choice. This works amazing with frozen mango, pineapple, etc.
