My grilled peach and burrata salad is a gorgeous, showstopping dish. If this isn’t a summertime dream, I don’t know what is. This salad begs to be enjoyed outdoors on a sunshiney day. You know I am a huge lover of sweet and salty, and the burrata combined with honey and peaches is everything and more. Enjoy this dish when peaches are plump and abundant at the farmers market, and the weather is perfect for grilling.

There are so many ways to customize this recipe. You can absolutely add pecans or any other type of cheese. You can use goat cheese as well which is absolutely lovely in here. Any type of cheese will work, even halloumi. Feel free to get creative.

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches, quartered
  • avocado oil
  • handful baby arugula
  • 1 ball Burrata cheese
  • olive oil
  • pinch salt
  • drizzle of honey
  • chopped parsley or any fresh herb, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil with avocado oil. Lightly oil the peaches with avocado oil. Grill the peach pieces on each side for 1 to 2 minutes, or until you have grill marks on each side.
  • Add the arugula to a serving plate and assemble your peaches on top along with the burrata. Season to taste with olive oil, salt, honey, and parsley (if using). Enjoy!

Notes

Any cheese will work here, such as crumbled goat cheese or grilled halloumi. You can absolutely add a vegan cheese to make this totally plant-based or even dairy-free.
Pecans or other toasted, chopped nuts make a lovely addition to this salad.
Instead of peaches, you can also try halved and pitted cherries or thick slices of nectarines.
