5 Ingredient Strawberry Mojitos. Anyone that knows me, knows I love a good Mojito, or a MOJOTO as I call it when I’m a few drinks in. It’s so delicious and one of my favourite drinks in the summer. Notes

Any sparkling water you love will work. Sometimes I use peach flavoured sparkling water and other times I use club soda. Gin, rum, vodka or tequila work amazing in this drink. Please also feel free to adjust the sugar when you are puréeing the strawberries. Everything in this recipe is to taste and you can absolutely use other fruits instead as I often change it up. Watermelon, berries, mango would be amazing instead of strawberries as well. If you don’t like alcohol simply leave it out as you will have a wonderful refreshing drink regardless.
