5 Ingredient Strawberry Mojitos. Anyone that knows me, knows I love a good Mojito, or a MOJOTO as I call it when I’m a few drinks in. It’s so delicious and one of my favourite drinks in the summer. When I go out, I am either ordering a Mojito or a Cosmopolitan and living my best life. Mojitos are so easy and absolutely delicious as is but I thought we would change it up and make it even better. So easy and this recipe makes 2-3 drinks depending on how much strawberry purée you add to each glass and you can totally leave out the alcohol if you do not drink. You will need:

Notes

Any sparkling water you love will work. Sometimes I use peach flavoured sparkling water and other times I use club soda. Gin, rum, vodka or tequila work amazing in this drink. Please also feel free to adjust the sugar when you are puréeing the strawberries. Everything in this recipe is to taste and you can absolutely use other fruits instead as I often change it up. Watermelon, berries, mango would be amazing instead of strawberries as well. If you don’t like alcohol simply leave it out as you will have a wonderful refreshing drink regardless.
